Chères et chers collègues, Quelques collègues couverts par la Caisse d’Assurance-maladie de l’UNESCO (CAM), qui avaient réussi à avoir un rendez-vous dans un centre de vaccination, ont essuyé un refus de vaccination en l’absence de « Carte vitale ».

Les centres de vaccination refusent en outre de se faire payer car ils ne sont pas équipés pour accepter un paiement. Les centres concernés ne sont probablement pas informés de l’existence du Décret d’application qui confirme la possibilité de se faire vacciner sans affiliation à la Sécurité sociale française.

Par conséquent, nous vous recommandons vous munir d’une copie du Décret d’application ci-joint en vous rendant au rendez-vous de vaccination. Il va de soi que l’AAFU a prié les services compétents de l’UNESCO d’intervenir en la matière.

COVID-19 VACCINATION REFUSAL

Dear colleagues,

Some colleagues covered by the UNESCO Medical Benefit Fund (MBF), who had managed to get an appointment at a vaccination centre, were refused vaccination in the absence of a "Carte Vitale".

Vaccination centres also refuse to be paid because they are not equipped to accept payment. The centres concerned are probably not informed of the existence of the attached Décret d’application which confirms the possibility of being vaccinated without affiliation to French Social Security.

Therefore, we recommend that you bring a copy of the attached Décret d’application when going to the vaccination appointment. It goes without saying that AFUS has requested the relevant services of UNESCO to intervene in this matter.
